How are you going to use your New Medallion Cabinets?

Bayside_Stockton_mediumWhen you are looking into buying new cabinets for your kitchen or bathroom, there should be a series of questions that pop into your head. Take time and answer these questions before you invest in your cabinets. Here are just a few questions to keep in mind to help point you towards the perfect cabinet for you and your family:

  1. Why are you buying new cabinets? What purpose will they serve? Is it to improve security, add more space, health reasons, upgrade the kitchen/bathroom, or to just improve your living condition?
  2. What are you options? Do you have enough space, or will you need to remove or rearrange some walls? Would you think about adding more square footage to your home by extended into either your front or backyard?
  3. Figure out what your priorities are. What do you think needs to be changed or updated? Figure out what you can keep the same, and what really needs to be updated.
  4. Don’t buy anything until you consult your spouse, children, and anyone else living with you. It is important to get everyone’s opinion before you invest in cabinets
  5. Consider your short-term and long-term plans and goals for your house before you invest in cabinets. How long are you planning on living in the house? In the future do you think you will have more family members living with you or less? How will your cabinet design look ten or twenty years from now? If you do plan on selling your house, how will your choices affect the value of your home on the market?

These are just a few implications and questions to keep in mind when investing in cabinets. Here at Charles River Cabinetry we believe in communicating with our customers from day one. We want to make sure they pick out a design that they will absolutely love for years and years to come. We will work with each customer to make sure they choose the right cabinet for their kitchen or bathroom design and budget.
